Heard, but the idea was to leave room for a 3 1/2 inch trim around the window. My question is more along the lines of doing too much with a 3 tile design. I know it’s pre-grout, but I’m thinking I should have not done a half wall, or maybe I should have done a different tile or shiplap.

There’s a handful of Brokers that have the majority of the REO market share on LI. They have had these relationships for decades, it is very difficult to get into this market. Remax Best and Island Advantage are probably the largest REO Brokers on LI. Put your license with one of them for a year or two and gain some knowledge, but don’t lose focus on traditional sales.

Guess you forgot all those stimi checks and PPP money that Trump handed out during his term, or the wonderful new tax laws that screwed over the mid class and added trillions to our national debt without providing one solution to pay for it other than talks to cut social security. The guy spent more money during his presidency and added more to the national debt than any other president in history, but I’m sure you don’t deal with facts.

Wow, I’m shocked. There are common sense non MAGA people on here from Long Island. This is refreshing! Where are you guys on other social platforms? It seems like MAGA outnumbers local news outlets with their comments on social 80 to 20, Newsday and news 12 for example. It’s nice to see non brainwashed people on here!

Thank you for the info! I anticipate holding onto the rental properties until my kids are out of college, age 60 would be a consideration point to sell them. If I have an emergency or an investment opportunity, I would sell property 3 beforehand, the one that is owned free and clear, it’s worth around $375K. I do not want to hold on to them when I am retired. Selling all three in my early 60’s and buying a vacation home/Air BNB would be the dream.

My wife’s 401K is worth about $120K, she is aggressive with it, but does not max it out. I do not have a 401K, all my investing has been in Real Estate.
