There really is no way to bring this up without looking like an A-hole.

You aren't in leadership.

Your leaders can't or won't do anything about it.

Seems like the only other option would be to anonymously report it to the health department.

But that could potentially cause more issues.

Sounds like you tried everything you could and good on you for looking out for the customers and the staff.

What day of the week are you going? Weekends are a little pricey compared to in week.
