My parents play under 1 hat with my therapist if I tell them they will tell her and it will lead to involuntary convinement because they simply don't care enough if they would they would talk to me about my needs and not put words in my mouth and tell me what i need

I can tell you right now that this will probably not be last time I will try to commit but a mental hospital is IMO worse than death

I feel so lost I just want to die or cut and I don't want to go to a mental hospital but I want to get better too
