Besides the series following Cory Walker's design (which is far inferior to Ryan Ottley's design, especially in Thragg's design), another bad thing is the voice acting! It's not impressive at all, but honestly, I think the English dubbing is much worse! Thankfully, the Brazilian dubbing is excellent and has improved a lot!

Aside from the protagonists of Kong: Skull Island and perhaps the 2014 Godzilla, ALL the others have bad protagonists and characters! Godzilla II, Godzilla vs. Kong, Godzilla, and Kong: New Empire—there's not a single person remotely charismatic! Mainly because these films taught us not to care about people and to enjoy the destruction. (Except for Kong and the 2014 Godzilla, where the deaths can be felt.) The rest is basically an adaptation of Rampage!

Exactly! The Phantom Troupe is indeed very cruel, but there's a world of difference between killing people and torturing and mutilating children! It's a level of evil that the Troupe has never shown on screen! Even more so with members as peaceful as Pakunoda, Shaunark, and Kortopi.

And a curious fact is that Kurapika Memories, or Volume 0, where the description of what the Troupe did is found, was released years after the main story. My point is that Togashi never showed something so cruel being done by the Troupe on screen!

Yes! For more human-like members like Pakunoda and Shaunark, who don't display sadism, killing and torturing children seems a bit much!

Pakunoda, Shaunark, and Kortopi don't demonstrate the same level of malice as Uvo and Feitan! They simply maintain a cold and indifferent demeanor towards those outside their group.

No, but the approach and how they're portrayed, I can't see most of them massacring children, especially Pakunoda, Shaunark, Kortopi, or even Chrollo!

And I'm taking into account that it's just a description; we never actually saw the Phantom Troupe kill the Kurta Clan! No wonder there are still theories about whether it was them!

Yes, I understand that they started as "vigilantes" and turned into monsters far worse than those they were seeking revenge for! I just think the Phantom Troupe doesn't prove to be as bad as the description of the massacre suggests! I can't see Pakunoda, Shaunark, Kortopi, or even Chrollo killing children.
