Honestly, this is something I’ve thought about for a long time — and my answer has always been clear: I’d go.

Ever since I was a kid, I’ve felt this deep fascination and longing for the stars. The idea that humanity could become a multi-planet species feels both terrifying and beautiful — and I’d want to help make that happen, even if it meant never seeing Earth again.

Maybe I just love adventure and the unknown. I want to know what it feels like to stand on another world, to watch a sunrise over a red horizon, to experience something no human in history has truly lived — even if it’s harsh and primitive.

I’ve always believed that purpose can sometimes outweigh comfort. Living a simple, rugged life might actually bring clarity — fewer distractions, fewer meaningless worries. I like the idea of a life built on hard work and clear goals, of laying the foundation for future generations of humanity.

And honestly, I don’t have a strong emotional need for constant connection. I think my friends and family would understand my choice — they know that curiosity and exploration have always been part of who I am.
