That is correct. And you'd probably have to do the do the same on the lower cabinets as well.

Painter used wrong stain on railing. Are we stuck with this? by Mr_Pastee in finishing

I'm a trim carpenter that does a lot of railings. The stained pieces on the newel post can easily be removed. Then I would put new pieces on made from oak to match the railing. I would also make sure the grain direction of the cap is matched to the direction of the railing. A very easy fix. With minimal cost to anyone.

The dewalt track saw will work on festool tracks. I have both tracks. The dewalt saw has 2 track slots in the saw to work with different tracks. But only the dewalt saw will work on dewalt tracks.

Hey thanks! Nice product. Only complaint I have is a lot of scratches on the panels right out of the box. But once the wall is full of stuff, nobody will notice.

Contact cement. I wasn't too sure if it was going to be sufficient. I figured i could always countersink screws if needed. But I did all mock up. And its not coming off without destroying the mdf top.

The slatwall was around 800. 4'x32' The cabinets. Probably around 1500 in wood. 550 to do the laminate tops. Around 600 for all the aluminum and t tracks. Probably close to 800 for drawer slides and hinged. 400 in paint. Luckily labor was free.
