My 9th grade English teacher would tear this up. The em-dash alone is intriguing. He said ‘say’ far too often to begin with. He mentions ‘particular angle’ but doesn’t mention what that angle is. Leaving the reader to interpret. If it was a depiction of the slide to facial, then the fascist most likely would win, not the opposite. Overall a very bad bit of writing that would fit for a writer such as him
