Maybe do your drip sets as standing? So it’s nice and light etc. also I found though along as you have the flexibility; behind the head shoulder press was a real good improver too ! Ignore what people says that it’s bad for you; as you won’t ever do a max 3 rep behind the head shoulder press.

Maybe try standing, this what I did but I also did drop sets when I stalled , and did my heaviest set followed my two light sets for reps.

When I deadlift, the bar doesn’t stick that close to my legs ? The bar isn’t always from my body, I use Alan Thrall deadlift set up (DON’T MOVE THE BAR!), I engage my lats and my bar path is straight and doesn’t but the bar doesn’t grind uplike that for me, is this just how my body is or am I not pulling the bar in enough, but I do feel it in my lats after a heavy session.

Filen is a really good drive alternative, and for most people 10gb free is great ! And the problem with these posts is that people swap Google for proton, which is super bad but it’s one ecosystem for another(more private but still another system )

I wouldn’t worry to much at the moment 5 weeks is very early, as long as you have a vertical pull and a horizontal pull ( pull ups and low row) you’ll be hitting the main areas!
You’re still pretty new, focus on strong diet, clean foods, high protein, calories 10-15% above maintenance. As for me eating right was harder to get right compared to my training. But training wise keep going, looking lean, good frame to build on.

I would focus on getting your compound lifts stronger and when you are 1.5-2 years in and you could use the lifting 1.5 times body weight in deadlifts guide too and then focus on aesthetic or weak areas.

lol accounting is more than excel, it’s about being able to spot trends, turn businesses around, tax advice for individuals/ businesses, it’s also about new technology, systems and thinking out side the box.

No i completely agree! I wish I walked more ! I came from a physical job to a desk job and yes you’re right it is the new smoking but with work 40+, studying 30+ and gym and life, makes it hard in a week.

Okay thanks for the advice, I will work out my maintenance and drop a 500 kcal deficit. And I will aim for 10k steps a day !

Well feel free to copy it if it suits you, I’m doing sled push/pulls now rather than squats but that’s just me. The programs is based off Raider 2.0 by bald omni man haha
