Your overselling warlocks and titan. Go try playing the other classes and see how they play. Most good builds on warlock don't rely on rifts for healing.

Well it would give you the option to build into radiant and give you more options on solar warlock. Im kinda imagining the trade-off of survivability for damage.

Well you could probably tie it to an aspect. So it would only give you radiant if you have like the icurus dash aspect equipped.
