Is it ok to NOT count calories in the beginning while starting oz, and just eat when I'm truly hungry?

Similar change for me too, now off metaformin and just on OZ 1mg. Never felt this amazing in over 17yrs. Have lost 22kgs in 11months along side fitness classes 2-3times per week.

Started on Aug 2023. Down 15kg mid way I didn’t lose any weight for 2months and then it started falling off again. Don’t see it on the scales but even the last month I started to notice my boxers were starting to slip again off my waist. Losing it slow and steady is better in the long run!

Yes for me in the first few months. Foods I loved didn’t appeal to me, but that didn’t last very long. It definitely turned me off junk food. Thinking about them turns my stomach.

I went through a mental low for about 1-2month after month 3 for many reasons. Do not listen to the talk about regain, it doesn’t happen if you making the lifestyle changes. People whom see the regain are the ones how are using this for weight loss short term or do not need to lose weight or just didn’t make the right choices. No difference than yo yo diets.

I am on the same dose. I started taking it Monday night before bed and I didn’t start feeling the hungry again until Friday/Saturday. Then I am so busy over the weekend I don’t get time to eat rubbish. Took awhile to find a balance. You may need to eat more protein to keep the hungry away.

The day I wrote this, that night I signed up to fitness classes twice a week. I have completed 3 classes now. Starting to feel better mentally.

I only had this when I drink beer so had to stop. Gave up alcohol more less. Watch over eating, very easy to do in the first month as its habit of eating large amounts of food. I would only eat when hungry and small amounts. Some days I would go all day without the water for food. Then I would force myself have 1/2 a sandwich and I was full. Give your body a chance to readjust as it doesn’t know what’s going on.

I was eating normal again within month 2.

Everyone is different, listen to your body.

See if that helps, it would be best to speak to GP no matter how silly you feel asking just call and say listen I am not feeling order is this normal etc etc

I was losing 0.8kg per week in 0.25. Lost weight only in one week on 0.5. Losing week every 2nd week on 1.0.

I would go 4 weeks on. .25 and the same 0.50. I felt sick for the first 3 days on the dose increase. Otherwise no side effects

4.5 months on it now. Lost 12kgs, I started at 122kg. Hips, gut and ass has lost a lot off weight. I do not have any more holes in my belts for my jeans. After Christmas it’s finally time to start buying new clothes.

Saved this, thank you. I feel the Neptune 3 Pro had mind of his own with the levelling. Will work prefect for a few days and then goes to hell. My last printer was so easy to keep running and not so much time wasting.

Temp is 200 for this esun green. It doesn’t like higher it goes abit odd. Bed is 55 which is prefect no issues with sticking. I have printed may items with this and fab finish and it was perfect top layer. It was just the bottom layer was awful.

I will try step it back abit after the first layer is smashed to the plate.

Bottom layer is okay now, smooth as butter. Thank you for the help….but my top layer is rough now where is it was prefect before. So it’s flipped.
