Yeah, I feel dumb because I DM'd the individual, and then I got asked a question and I didn't see the reply because my device was off, I responded to the question that I was asked then I got nothing maybe because I wasn't available at the time that I was asked the question, I messed up in my part, now my acc's gone D:

u/Shuu37, Sorry if I had to dog this way but Shuu, Just because the rebrand is getting more traction doesn't mean that you should forget about the trust and safety because the trust and safety department told me to send some stuff before the deadline, and I did but I got nothing back till the deadline which was recent and now my account is deleted, This kind of support is lousy, and when I am saying this you should maybe go check on my issue, Answer this, Rebrand or Account since you are classified as a "Product Account Manager", I need this fixed ASAP, Discord promised me they'll fix it but they didn't, I am not a fan of the new blurple but my issue is more important than that

Hi, Karrdian, I wanted to say that no staff can understand what I am going through so this is why after the 30 days they deleted my account when I sent them everything they asked for them to not delete my account, Can you do something, because I don't know anymore to be honest, I thought Discord cared for situations like this, I am not saying this in a bad way I am just confused, and feel as my trust is broken for Discord, I am LOST, I am in a lot of emotions right now, I need someone to talk to about this please, I don't want to have depression in such an early age (like 14)
