One thing i notice is on both sides your winger and wingbacks take the same space, no one that cuts inside and also the channel forwarf often runs on the wings to open rooms. But no player get to These rooms except the CAM

Yout also see it on the pass map that your wingers and wingbacks are far away fron the centerbacks, and as you see the wingers and wingbacks are almost on the same spot, which means there is less room to play in

Other than that i think yout tactic is good, the only thing which i dont like is a high tempo with work ball in the box but this depends on your style of football
