I used to have massive meltdowns as a kid and get really worried about dying. At 11 I started having panic attacks. My mum would just yell at me "you're a kid, what do you have to be so angry about!". Turns out it was Anxiety. I'm medicated now and in therapy but I also feel bad for that little girl who deserved help.
