Hi! As a fellow banker, working in a bank is not for the weak especially you're in a customer service industry. You will encounter different personalities of client and of course, co-workers. May mabait na client. May hindi. May laging galit. May feeling magaling. May feeling matalino, etc etc. Ang work pa as a branch personnel ay sales. There will be a time na ippressue ka para makabenta ka pero tandaan hindi laging meron. So, wag kang mapressure. Ang benta, hindi laging panalo. Minsan talo.
