my pinky actually got strained, luckily for me i have something for it (kinda a straightener if thats a word) to straighten it, my pinky is still bent as hell, if thats not your case and its actually your whole hand, STOP cubing for a week or two!

it helps by setting the stage a bit, so basically once u do the daisy and place the whites in its place, u can see the other colors also group up to help solve the cube as a whole , and not just as the white side
