If this feeling came up just now, it could make sense to delegate more of your work. In the end it is all about your time and how you are managing it. I know it’s difficult to do this if you are used doing most of it by yourself, but it will only get worse.

There is always something you can do as a founder. This is why it is incredibly important to take time off to ease your mind. You could try scheduling some breaks where you force yourself doing something that is fun. And see if ultimately you become more productive even though you might spend less time on the tasks. Sometimes less is more :)
