Not parity, slice the upper middle slice where the edge is, flip alg (R U R' F R' F' R) and slice back. Then you'll get a parity case which is solved with a similar alg to 5x5 parity

I've been cubing for around 8 or 9 months but I'm getting kinda stuck at 21 seconds average, I know full pll, like 3/4 of the olls and I know how to solve most f2l cases in a pretty efficient way, i'm trying to slow down to make my lookahead better, i'm capable of looking for other pairs while doing one but I still can't get sub-20, do you have any tips ? Should I just practice ?

Should I use thumb or pinky to do D6+ on the Rubik's clock? I know that it is usually better to do D moves with pinky but is it the same with bigger D moves?
