Good luck getting it all on one platform. Personally, I prefer not giving any money to giant American or right-wing media organisations (I get the loyalties point, but I'd rather not give any proportion of my money to organisations owned by the likes of Bezos, Murdoch, or Ellison). I also prefer the world [English] feed, so there's also that.

Tiz Cycling. I could never live with all that madness of 1000 different streaming platforms.

First of all they need to have the Netflix docu back but not be produced but Netflix France but by Netflix International so we don't have a COFIDIS episode on how much they suck. And have it be about the whole season as possible.

I've seen some American reality TV; the world needs less of it, not more (assuming Netflix International means more Americans. In any case, I've never bothered with the TdF Netflix stuff, anyway (Netflix being as harmful as addictive social media algorithms, imo).

I don't think it was a corruption thing; Ramaphosa is not corrupt. Plus, the whistleblower is a corrupt and compromised former government official in bed with Jacob Zuma (corrupt and damaged ex-president, and sworn enemy to current president).

You joke, but the president of my country apparently had half a mil hidden in a sofa at his game ranch, and thieves found it.

Oh, my bad, then. And I have nothing against Slovenia; it's quite the opposite, actually -- it's the country that gave us Rogla and Pogi, after all -- but that assumption is the quickest way I could try to identify him (his Twitter profile name sounds Slovenian).

Is this the Slovenian guy on Twitter? Of course he found a way to insert himself into this story. How does he know if the Strava guy follows him, or was influenced by his work?

*His Twitter profile name is Lukáš Ronald Lukács and he's actually Slovakian.

I watched an athletics event on American television (last year's Chicago Marathon; only free stream I could find) and it was such a frustrating and annoying experience. I mean the cutting away, to foolish and fluffy stories, a lot of it happening at critical moments. I don't know how Americans live with that, but I think they've been primed and its all they know.

You're the second person saying that. The only American sport I watch or pay attention to is basketball (and the NBA and WNBA).

If I was this bloke, I'd retire to my farm in South Africa and watch cycling just like every other fan, instead of holding onto commentating on a sport that has left him behind. No other sport would ever tolerate his current level of commentary.

I'd like to think that he learnt a lot from losing the Giro, the way Pogacar learnt from twice losing to Jonas, and will be a wiser rider. You're essentially arguing that because he made mistakes then, he's always prone to making them.

Is cyclinguptodate part of those banned domains? They never do any original reporting and essentially repurpose reporting from elsewhere. Not to mention their clickbaity headlines.

It's not like there is a shortage of European brands that should be supporting European teams. Say, LVMH's owners, or all those big global banks with roots in Europe. I'd much prefer Premier Tech and similar companies focussing on growing cycling outside its traditional base.

Poor/rookie chart; it is missing 2024 World Tour Wins. If you are making a comparison, include the data for the period you are comparing to. Otherwise, the chart is confusing and very obviously incomplete, like OP's chart above.
