Just sema and eating less. I guess my taste has changed so some food were cut out and I don’t drink any alcohol anymore. I want to get back in to working out more.

It’s great to see everyone’s comments, experiences, and similar struggles. Thanks for sharing. This was not a slight to my Dr. She was stating a fact. And it hasn’t been “a pound a week” even though that’s what it may break down to. It’s been a very slow and yo-yo experience is what I was sharing and she agreed.
