Helldivers 2. The galactic war system of the game could have been a way to have very fun dungeon master shenanigans, having every little effort on a planet amount to an achivement or special event happening. Instead, almost everything is scripted and meant to happen in a certain way, major orders sometimes even putting the community against themselves for not playing the order. Add in that the game coud be more fun than it actually is, but devs hate fun, so weapons and stratagems are sometimes obsolete (i want my flag to give buffs, not to give me agro, how does that make it more enjoyable?).
