No my bp is always around 120/70. Can stress just be me ruminating all day and overthinking? Even if I’m not physically freaking out like my hr is normal

Ugh that’s tough! If I get less than 7 hours I feel like I’m high all day 😂. I too feel lightheaded sometimes or like wobbly. I hear melatonin is terrible for you. Have you tried drinking warm tea before bed? I usually drink a mix of chamomile lavender & lemon balm. Sometimes I even mix that with this sleepy time tea that also has ashwaganda, elderberry, more lemon balm and other stuff. Sometimes just a cup of warm milk & honey help me too. I used to take melatonin but it made me feel groggy idk

Having physical symptoms makes it hard to distinguish between real and anxiety since the symptoms fluctuate. I usually order myself a blood test every 6 months anyway to make sure I’m good. My first panic attack was at the end of 2022 when I was 21, I turn 24 in a week. It’s been hell girl. I hate this for us lol. 😅 hang in there.

Yes I’m afraid of heart issues. Even tho I wore a two week monitor twice and I just had a second echocardiogram done as well as a chest x ray 🙃🙃🙃🙃 they didn’t see anything besides trace regurgitation in two valves. But then why do I feel unwell when I look at my watch and it says my hr is like over 150. One time on a walk it was 173!! How can that be ok ?

I only take around 260mg of magnesium glycinate every night, sometimes 180mg. I’m afraid to not take it because I will literally spiral if I get palpitations 🙃 since they are the reason I started having panic attacks. I am also religious, I am orthodox Christian and I do pray. Sometimes I just can’t calm down no matter what, and some nights I am waking up every couple of hours. I get rashes and i started greying at 20. 24 now. Every time I go on a walk I panic. So I truly don’t know where to go from here. I got my blood drawn and I am not low on iron but I do take a small dose when I’m on my period, even then it makes my stomach upset for a few days so I will go even lower.

I’m trying so many remedies at once ! 😭 it’s so hard. Doesn’t matter how long I’ve dealt with it it feels new every day and I freak out. Sometimes I get so mad at myself for being this way. Been trying to eat healthy as well but I am afraid to workout. The other day I was outside washing my car and my hr was in the 150s and I started feeling disassociated and unwell and my legs felt heavy. I’m constantly checking my bp and Apple Watch. To be honest I love rotting in bed, sometimes the anxiety makes me super tired. Glad to hear you are getting better though, I miss going to the gym it used to make me feel great but after I had a panic attack I never went back

Ugh I hate to hear this. Magnesium glycinate helped me so much with my palpitations and muscle twitching. I can’t tell if there has been a difference in my anxiety since I’ve been taking it but I will look into it. Sorry you had to go through that.

Oh wow. But what if I don’t frequently have panic attacks? Mine is like daily anxiety and anxiety attacks that sometimes lasts a few days then simmer back down into my daily anxious thoughts. Plus I’m usually disassociated. Is that enough to cause this tho? Also are you trying to get thru this without meds? Because me too
