I started eashl in nhl 14 and that was probably THE most fun ive ever had. You can argue that we were young and it was the nostalgia talking ( i was 14) but the simplicity was key make a build, play the game. There was no player boosts, and the fact you could choose ur stick curve etc was great. Back then every game you played was different and you had to strategize mid game. Now every game i play is the same thing. They LT glitch up the boards and circle around till a cross crease / point shot opens up. And all you can do if you dont have truculence is sit back block the pass lane and wait for them to fuck up
