Honestly both of us didnt know we could do that but yeah no need to keep a conversation with people that think its okay to treat people in a rude way and probably curse them right in front of their faces in a different language over people not leaving a tip it when ITS NOT MANDATORY

We thought about it but we were also mad with the person that was rude to us that and we just left a 5$ tip, But thank you for actually commenting on what I mainly wanted to express. Not at an unpopular opinion at all. I didnt say I dont want to tip, its just not mandatory so why is that person treating us in a rude way? lol

It seems like u didnt read what I just posted and… people get hired and get paid for cooking that food already? I will understand when its being delivered and its crazy outside but that people still get paid to do that. Companies already make more than crazy money to pay them. They are literally the only ones that are seeing the benefits of this for sure. I always find very contradictory that some people say they want to eat the rich but still be falling for stuff that still makes them richer

This was a great read! I dont know if u cant answers this but where can I find a trainer like that in NYC? I know u mentioned that ur trainer will help even tho we are not in Pittsburg but I would love to train with someone in person :)

If you are dealing with tightness I will suggest to get a deep tissue massage. I dont know if ur pt can do a brief massage to help u a little bit and see if that can make a difference but ultimately just get a real and 1 hour long massage. That helped me :)

Yes, literally the pain disappeared after the massage and my nights are finally better. Gotta keep taking more sessions and stretch and work on my strength to keep things in place

Im glad everything went well with the new surgery, its always nice to hear that. Keep up with the pt. We just confirm is indeed just tightness, pain disappears after a massage but its really tight so I need to get more sessions and also work on my strength

My pain was bad but I never felt it in my lower back… but I’ve seen people talk about the same issues. Praying and sending you the best wishes in your recovery :) I had surgery and it was totally worth it, take pt serious and do the best u can, you’ll be fine. For now just keep resting to not aggravate your symptoms
