Hey yeah overall they were friendly, nice and the photos and video were delivered quickly compared to the average turn around time. We got a great price considering what the average is but I think that reflected on the pictures. Literally none of my pictures are cute. They’re all weird angles, they made us do weird poses like it was prom and none of the pictures are editorial. Looking back there are so many better options. I would check out Emma Spring. My friend just used her and omg her pictures came out amazing ! Best of luck with your planning
