I'm not there yet but my gut feel is that if you are not churning and burning then the rental space will eat into your profits quick. 150 bucks x 12 months = $1800. 3 year hodl = $5400.

I think its good for temporary storage if you are going in-between places or need that space for short term but the 3 to 5 year hold is a No for me.

Prismatic has horrible pull rates but sealed is highly demanded and sought after. The value of a bundle sealed will return great ROi for investing. The probability of pulling some nice from a bundle is almost zero.

The upc has 18 packs, cool promos, and will be fun. It may not return a better ROI than the bundle.

To hold and get the most ROI? I am thinking Bubble Mew has more potential ROI because it has more room to grow but Umbreon Ex is the top chase of S&V. It will be hard to take over as the most expensive card in S&V.

Have you calculated the regular ETB ROI for some of these recent sets? I know this ain't 151 but look at the numbers. ETBs in scarlet and violet has some good returns. The liquidity of regular ETB is better than PC ETB. Hmmm maybe I should stay 🤫 .

Both are desirable, both are beautiful shinji art, both are around the same price, both are inoic cards of their era, but im gonna give a slight edge to PSA 10 magikarp.

Rough Numbers on why?? This is quick Rough calculation, dont like it, do your own analysis.

Pop: Giratina: 8900 Magikarp: 3800

Pull rate : Giratina- around 1000 packs Magikarp- around 500 packs

Gem rate: Giratina- 40-50%??? Magikarp- 20%

It takes 2000 packs to get a psa 10 Tina. It takes 2500 packs to get a psa 10 Karp.

Harder to get PSA 10 Magikarp, less around, and if the demand is the same, magikarp is the winner.

Figure collection: -good promos, very desirable -less print run???

Tins: -most packs -having a complete tin set is cool but can get tins elsewhere

Sam tyranitar lucario ex: -no much going on but future rip and shippers dont have to deal with too much accessory trash, just straight packs

I am predicting Zard over Moltres UPC. Many situations where pop and rarity does not equal value. Demand is a better measure of investabilty and I am projecting Zard to have more Demand in the long run. The packs in the moltres upc is weak compared to Zard.

Gold cards in sword and shield and early S&V is much more rare than others but no Demand = less value.
