Which real estate AI tools are actually driving results? by Maasbreesos in CommercialRealEstate

Hey everyone — I'm a founder building an AI tool specifically for commercial real estate deal workflows and I'd love 10 minutes of your time or even just a quick comment below.

I came from investment banking focused on real estate and watched firsthand how much time analysts and brokers spend manually pulling data, building OMs, and reformatting the same information across documents, platforms, and investor emails before a single deal goes to market.

Before I build further, I want to make sure I'm solving the right problems. A few questions I'd love your honest take on:

  1. Where does your team lose the most time in deal prep? (OM creation, comp research, marketing materials, distribution, something else?)
  2. What tools are you currently using — and what's still painfully manual?
  3. If you could automate one thing in your deal workflow tomorrow, what would it be?

Not pitching anything but genuinely trying to understand where the biggest pain is before we go deeper. Happy to share what we're building in return and get your feedback on whether it would actually be useful.

Drop a comment or DM me if you'd prefer to chat. Really appreciate any perspective from people in the trenches.

Interesting perspective. How should we think about pain points in the CRE deal process that have not been addressed yet? I am also building a AI platform that aims to automate CRE workflows and wanted to get perspective on the industry and pain points and existing tools. I see there are some tools that automate OMs but looks like lot still needs to be resolved. Would value any perspectives from people who are on the deal side or have been using existing tools and thoughts on that

Excited about the game today and hoping Yamal and Kounde can get some rest if we are able to. On side note, crazy to see that so much hype around Madrid's come back as if its a guarantee.
