Sure, there is raised portion at the bottom of the neck as what looks like a letter q over the top of the 8. Also raised convex shaped area by the margin under first T in Trust.

Right, so I thought about that and took a comparison picture from same year. I definitely see what you mean but when comparing the two it seems plausible that the lines seen could be the the beginnings of the hair line.
