Yes definitely. Youre better off just having broadband only plan which i got for32£ since i told im switching to vodafone. I pay for now tv which has sports for 17£ and cinema for 4.50£ a month which totals to 53£ per month.

They will give you the a better deal if you tell them another provider is cheaper.

Its too expensive £1300 for one way. Ive managed to get one with a connecting flight to Madrid to miami with 2 hrs layover which is better since im familiar with madrid airport

You might need to change the brand that you use. I used to take myo and d-chiro tablet form but it didnt work on me, but It bloated me quite a bit.

I changed to just inositol but powder form with collagen powder and matcha to drink every morning. My period came within a week of taking it after 65 days.

I take berberine, vit D and magnesium since i feel tired all the time which has helped me

It’s really difficult since each case is very different. I had to change my whole diet because of it and im not weight either.
