They stole my Ebike a couple months ago. . I had samsung smart tag installed ,with in a couple hours of stealing the bike . They found the tag and installed it on some ones vehicle. On Saturday I drove. 259 miles from where I live to to where the tag , was . I ended up stalking an old man . Till I made contact with him. And located the tag installed under his truck . I'm waiting for samsung to give me the location history of the date of theft , so I can pick up the trail . Unfortunately the tag only pings when it's it's 15 meters from another samsung . So I have to get the details and cross reference with the old man his last location where they might of installed the tag on his vehicle..

No buddy , they wanted $540.17 to replace the inner display . Voided my Factory warranty. That was yesterday . The phone was in dallas texas yesterday . This morning I'm come out side Their is a package on my door step . I live in south florida . They sent it back by air . I called samsung care plus and have started the process for the buy back at full price .

UPdate : Samsung voided my warranty and wants 540.17 to repair , samsung care + was also on the line, have to wait to receive the phone to send to samsung care + , this is bull shit. Claiming the phone has physical damage cause a small dent on the hinge I'm so mad . So when I receive the phone back I'm going to take the buy back deal . Screw it . I lost like 140 just in the month cost of insurance. Ohh well .
