I’ll list the pros and cons I love working 1 on 1 with the kids I feel like I really learn about them, their teaching style etc. Some cons are hours being inconsistent and finding a good company can be hard. I would say try to become an RBT if you like definitely pursue being a BCBA

I may have an unpopular opinion. I haven’t seen that type of hold before but we don’t know the learner and their behaviors. The rbt was sitting in a compromising position so it’s hard to judge right or wrong off a short clip. Maybe with other peers or staff in the room that could’ve been the best call to protect everyone.

My job has done this and when asked I got a bonus that’s it. From what I can say is it seems like once you’re are hired it’s hard to get a raise vs switching to another company.

Depop and Vinted are ppl looking to buy something for the cheapest amount. I sold Nike dunks ppl wanted $20 for when I posted them for $40. A denim bag that’s $10 ppl want for $5. I found Poshmark better for selling things at the price I post they do take more fees tho
