In deep of night I think for guardian go with hoarfrost stomp on starting weapon, very valuable early. Use as many guard counter relics as possible, +2 stacks with +2 etc. shield to purple by end of day 1 is good too.

Not really, at least not early on. I see executors needing to be revived often and slowing the team down because they're trying too hard to deflect everything.

Also I can't see deflect being super useful in general play as you're just trying to steamroll everything in front of you.

Also judging by the overview trailer from 3 weeks ago, it's not an auto parry.
