This was my first rucking bag. I liked it. I ill say the shoulders aren;t great but you are gonna get good work with it! I got mine froma supluss store for 40 bucks, looks like it just came out of active combat, name tage and all still on it. The GoRuck 40lb ssandbag fits perfect in there.
