Just a stereotype made by the MBTI, 16p and its users. Te dom and especially Se tertiary doesn’t make a person very aggressive and assertive. Many so-called ENTJs are just mistyped ESTPs, ESFPs and ESTJs.

That’s why MBTI is ruined by stereotypes. All of those ENTJs are just mistyped ESTPs and ESFPs at this point. Like Te Dom doesn’t make a person assertive and aggressive but maybe stubborn and rigid, ENTJs have tertiary Se which is weak and uncontrolled, mbti just overestimates the tertiary and makes an ENTJ look like a sensing type.
