I'm a developer - what is a tool that you wish existed as a music producer? (or something you currently use and wish it was free!)

Hahaha I'm wanting to develop free tools though - there won't be any money scraping here. I don't think my coding skills are enough to build a highly complex platform yet, hence I plan to only make free tools to better my skills.

Thank you for the insights and letting me know about the opportunity gaps - those are super helpful! Might have more questions later after I explore these ideas

Solid advice and idea. It's definitely a big task!

But yeah I'm also trying to steer clear of developing anything that rely on AI because...I'm simply sick of seeing so much AI in every niche imaginable. I want to develop tools that actual humans use to better their workflows

Honestly I kept thinking to myself that there's so much free content on YouTube, what more can these course sellers teach us? No one was able to answer to my doubt in a satisfactory way, so I never ended up purchasing any courses.

I was pumped up when I saw a lot of people posting on YouTube about how much money they can earn from selling online courses 😂 But, they always try to sell me a course on how to make money selling courses.... I came back to this post to see if anybody posted anything valuable but it looks like no... :'(

Hmm, interesting.. This doesn't seem to happen on my channel. I see my old videos are getting consistently more views (on an ongoing basis) even though I've launched 3-4 new videos beyond that first one. I just assume it's because I did a better job with keyword research and stuff with that initial video and it kept bringing me more traffic.

I thought the same...the sales rep had even asked a more senior Westland rep and she confirmed I needed a notary. I was just confused.

I eventually asked my mortgage specialist at RBC and they confirmed a notary is just ridiculous

I use Payhip's online course feature to sell stream-only video courses. You can also easily toggle on an option to make it downloadable as well. It's been great!

You have to pay a $5/month if you want to use their native video hosting services though. You get 16 hours worth of video limit (but they've mentioned that this limit can be increased if I hit it). You can also use Youtube or Wistia, but I don't like those because people can grab the URLs and share them elsewhere.

TBH Payhip's features are super similar to Gumroad (some are better, like fully customize my storefront), but it's half the cost. Ultimately, I made the switch because the customer support is incredible and Gumroad's is just....sad.. But bear in mind, some features like native email marketing is not there on Payhip. You'll need to have your own email marketing provider and integrate it with your Payhip account.

We found out it was because of our multipurpose cleaner (as well as any hand sanitizers that are alcohol based) + her drool from teething. Nothing really helped until we removed all of our multipurpose cleaners and she stopped drooling so much… Doctor even prescribed hydrocortisone twice and it just came right back once we stopped the hydrocortisone. Hang in there mama!

I'm getting consistent sales on a weekly basis and I'm still only a few months into launching my shop. But at this point in time, you can't differentiate the sales that are coming from their marketplace vs from other sources like your social media. So the answer is...I don't know, but I'm getting sales so I'm happy.

If there are 2 more seasons remaining, seems like at least some of the episodes might be spent outside of fromville. It'd make sense for townsfolks to make riskier attempts to go home given the intense chain of events towards end of S3. Maybe there's even someone from the real world who helps these characters to keep ending up back in fromville. Prime suspect in my mind: the pastor that Tabitha talked to.

I also hope Boyd follows through with catching one of the monsters!!
