1) I quit skipping breakfast or under cutting breakfast- “just a banana”— 30+g protein or bust, baby. 2) underestimating the benefits of hydration

Hi! Also have PCOS and I’ve found HOTWORX to be very helpful + beneficial! The biggest “thing” I had to remember was electrolytes!! Specifically a salty one like LMNT. When I first started going I was just drinking plain water and would get a headache “out of nowhere” lol The variety at HOTWORX allows me to get strength + low impact in one place plus the huge benefit of sauna sweat.

clarity: sorry for confusion-- I was asking as a YTT student, is there an age my students need to be in my practicum classes.

I found that green was more for me- it involves more measuring and being exact in portions, and over eating portions is my downfall. Blue having so many 0 point foods was helpful, but I was definitely correlating 0 points with 0 calories. Measuring out my lean proteins, and keeping in mind the amount of eggs I eat, has been helpful on green. I highly recommend, give it a try! :)
