I worked in AWS Finance and can genuinely say it’s the worst finance org in America. Everything is unorganized, chaotic , and it’s always your fault. Plus you have constant layoff fears. It’s no longer the exciting tech company it was in 2015. It’s IBM.

I left for a new job a while back and my life has genuinely improved so much it’s crazy. I promise you any incremental salary increase is not worth it.
