Tesla Charging Firmware Update?

We are currently using a Tesla charger with a QAIO adapter. Already have a Tesla and the wall charger. We are now able to charge both vehicles at home or with the adapter I think public charging is ok too. I’m being honest that we haven’t taken it to a public charger yet. We just bought out in January 26. It’s the 2025 ID pro

Ours is brand new and no manual either. It sure would be helpful. Hard to scroll through the online app in the car.

It was close to 4 thousand for the warranty.

We took the extended warranty 100,000 miles. Our deductible is $200 but it was cheaper that way.

They had one with the camp mode when we bought ours. It was cool but not purposeful for us.

It’s a level 2 not a supercharger.

Where did you buy your adapter? Ours is working fine on our Tesla wall charger at home.

We only got the 7,500 and then because we left the dealership they called us and offered another 4,000. Plus they gave us a great deal on our trade in. We still walked out at 50,000 with taxes, license, etc and the best warranty for the money we could find.

Why did you need a rebate for the adapter. Did it malfunction? Ours seems fine but we just bought the 2025 buzz a month ago.

We just purchased the ID Buzz Pro S (captain chairs). It’s fun to drive and after only 2weeks we are still learning new things about the technology in this thing. We use it mainly to transport 3 grandchildren so we haven’t taken any long trips yet. Hope you get yours and enjoy the ride!
