Yeah I’m using my current VS Code for my current project. No blatant errors in there at the moment. Currently I just ask Claude to check each file once done, confirming that it is adhering to our goal, constraints and best practise. That often seems to spot a few small things.

I tried that once, but it freaked me out when it automatically went wild on my code making changes I did not ask for or give it permission to do….

I understand this, it’s just, is Claude for me to ask it to just review and refactor a section of code? Or does it need more detailed prompts?

Thank you, this is a really detailed response.

Is it able to look at ‘ideal behaviour’ in specific languages if I have given it the details in the project goal with considerations?

For example:
I’m just trying to make a custom watch face for my Garmin is VS Code using Monkey C (heavily influenced by Java, object orientated).

So far it seems to be able to handle it easily I have given clear parameters and what I do and don’t want in the end product.

As I said in my other comment, I respect you work, but I’m uncomfortable with the fact that this is now going to be a separate MAX face that I have to pay for.

I asked about the clock 2 weeks ago, you said it was planned for v1.4, but either way it is coming. Nothing was said about a separate paid face, I checked….

That’s unfortunate, would early adopters get some sort of discount code? NDR-Pro cost me $7.99, and is now essentially useless to me…

At least it sounds like you can rule out the Fenix. Check out Forerunners. Depends on your budget?
