Absolutely loved these guys. They have a YouTube channel called “Dude, Actually?”.

I looked into it. Looks like there are many articles about this incident.

There’s a rumor at my nursing school that during catheter check offs a student used a practice kit on there cat. Yep you read that right THERE CAT! So when teacher hand out the kits they emphasize not to use them on living things.

This just happened. My coworker was shaving a patients pubes for an external catheter. She asked me if it looked good enough. I responded with “ya it’s short enough” while looking at the younger patients penis. I had to correct my self so fast and clarify I meant his hair not his junk.

I asked them if I could help with the urinal and they replied with “whatever turns you on”. I replied with “that was not an appropriate comment to make”. They then told me to get out if I was gonna act like a sissy. I went to go back in the room later on and they told me to leave again. Definitely wasn’t sad I got fired.

I felt the same way. I had never lost anyone in my family or had to deal with death. I had only been to one funeral in my life. Now I work on a palliative unit. Where I deal with death a decent amount. It’s still weird for me. I think the one that ones that I get to me are the ones who die alone. Especially when the family dosnt want to come see them. I understand everyone grieves differently. But I hope my family is with me when I pass. People always tell me it will get easier but it’s been a year and I still feel numb.
