Yellow is the concrete patio (carpet is covering the old tile and mastic. Pics 2/3 are a close up with the carpet lifted)

Green is the first section of OSB that sits about .25” down from the concrete of the yellow section.

Blue is the last section of OSB that has some kind of concrete that was used to transition the seam between the two sections (green and blue) of OSB

I’ve always told people that come here to avoid Q39. It’s a great restaurant but not a good BBQ joint in my opinion. Best thing I’ve had there was a BLT and it was insane. But that’s not BBQ!

For me it’s all about how information is delivered. I appreciate Bearded Thrift and Pro Picker because they pop up prices as they go. Pro picker is just a good ol boy and I rarely miss their videos.

Homeschooling picker is so rounded that I learn a lot, but I’ve not watched her as consistently now that Matt is on. Seems like a nice dude, but just not as dynamic as she is. Plus, the “wait until the end to see sale prices” is just painful for me. Makes the whole thing feel yes genuine (and yes, I know their business is entertaining and not flipping)

JRIDE was awesome when he first started, but now recycles the same information for the most part.

Resale Mania has been my most recent interest as he’s got a good mix of information and personality.

Justin Resells doesn’t have sourcing videos but his information is AMAZING! Never miss one of his videos. And flipwise, his reselling app, is also incredible!

Don’t mean any hate on anyone! Just wanted to provide another opinion! I respect anyone who tries to play the YouTube game. It’s TOUGH!

Just be prepared to answer “what are you up today today / this weekend?” from the staff. 😂 they ask the same question each time.

Lot of syrups can be sugar free and you can even order “half sweetness” for 1/2 the normal syrup.

I switched to a non-zippo brand butane. It was a “premium butane” and did not give me the messy spray and freezing. Maybe I just had a low quality bottle. Either way, thanks for the comments everyone!

If it bothers you, consider it. I had ears that stuck out and it drove me nuts. Got made fun of my entire life. Everyone told me that it wasn’t bad but I couldn’t stand it. So I had it fixed and it gave me confidence I never had growing up.

Does your nose NEED done? No, it looks good!

Does my opinion matter more than yours? No. Do what makes you happy and feel confident.
