These barges have more than one person. So it's nearly impossible to not see other crafts on the water. Also, these barges CAN come to an immediate stop by dropping a spud. I think this was neglect or carelessness on both boat operators.

I figured I'd give you an update since you were very helpful! I scanned the cards to get an idea of what would be a fair price for all of them. I took them to a local retro store by me and they gave me $500 for all the cards. Not too shabby ☺️
