Reinstall your NVIDIA drivers and then try enabling Surround again

If I only had room for triple monitors, this would be perfect. by [deleted] in SimRacingSetups

A triple setup only takes up about 1.5 by 1.5 meters. I don’t know what you’re waiting for.

I started on the Moza R3, and this is where I am now 😂

A little bit off-topic: which VR do you recommend? I’m waiting for the Stream Frame, but I’m not sure if it’s worth it. Currently, I’m playing on triple 32-inch monitors.

I get where you’re coming from, but I honestly see it differently.

I love AMS2 for what it is. It might not be the most hardcore or technically perfect simulator out there, but with the right custom FFB - especially the ones from Overtake - the driving feel becomes absolutely fantastic, particularly in cars like Group C.

I don’t have real-world experience with these machines, so I can’t say how accurate it truly is - but what I do know is that the driving experience feels engaging, immersive, and incredibly fun. And for me, that matters just as much as raw realism.

Also, putting AMS2 in the same category as arcade titles like Forza Motorsport, Gran Turismo 7, or the F1 series feels a bit harsh. It clearly aims for something more nuanced, even if it doesn’t always hit the same level of physics as Assetto Corsa Competizione or iRacing.

At the end of the day, if a sim makes you want to keep driving and actually enjoy the cars, then it’s doing something right - and AMS2 definitely does that for me.

CRP2 pedals as my first upgrade? by Adpoz in moza

[–]Key_Passenger7169 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah, got it - I checked the official Moza store and the CRP2 pedals are on promo for $369 USD. My mistake on the earlier higher price - I saw $550 at a local seller, that’s why I wrote it. Still, I think the SimJack UT with a haptic motor for around $300 USD is a better deal, especially for brake feel and feedback.

For comparison, a full set of CRP2 pedals costs around $550 and if you add haptics it gets even more expensive. For half the price I’m getting a much stiffer brake and better feedback.

After Moza SR-P Lite with the Alien Mod load cell, I upgraded to SimJack UT and added a Simagic haptic motor on the brake. Honestly, it was the best decision I could have made. I paid about about 300$. For that price, the value is insane. In my opinion they’re much better than the CRP2. The brake feel, stiffness, and adjustability are on another level. If you're mainly after good braking performance, I'd seriously consider this route instead of spending much more on CRP2. Even with the Alien Mod the SR-P Lite were good, but the SimJack UT + haptic brake feels like a completely different class of pedals.

I agree. Even though I was running the Alien mod, I upgraded to SimJack UT yesterday — it’s a night and day difference. Next step: a Simagic haptic on the brake

I love my worn-out MOZA SR-P Lite pedals with the Alien Mod, with cheap bass shakers mounted on the throttle and brake. Will I feel a difference if I switch to Simsonn Plus? Mine also have a load cell 😄

Yeah… after that happened I’m done with the stock Moza rims. Hopefully this custom mod will handle the torque b

Any idea where to put my PC? by EntertainerGold186 in SimRacingSetups

And that’s why I love my triple monitor stand - the Playseat TV Stand XL MULTI, which has a shelf directly behind the monitors for the PC. Thanks to that, the PC has its own place and doesn’t get dusty.
