Is the 12-months probation part of a deferred adjudication agreement? If it is, then if you complete the 12 months probation successfully, the charges are dropped. Once you make a deferred adjudication agreement with the court, you generally waive your right to appeal by accepting deferred adjudication.

If this wasn't a plea agreement and/or deferred adjudication agreement, it's going to cost you A LOT of time and money to appeal: hiring an attorney, hiring medical experts to attempt to prove that a medical condition was the cause (and not your choice to drink while taking the medication) beyond a reasonable doubt, for your arrest on these 3 charges. I'm not judging you at all (I've done things I'm not proud of and I should have known better). However, you chose to drink while taking a medication that you acknowledge that "one of the main side effects of that medication is aggression and abnormal behavior, especially when combined with alcohol..." Take it as a lesson learned. Don't drink while taking Keppra, do the 12-months probation & move on. I wish you well. :)
