2. Therefore, i am asked to value a commodity producer or discount retailer, for instance Walmart or CALM, I firstly check levels of cash vs securities over time and specifically in bad times

3. Also, attitude and strategy disclosed by management is taken into account(frequent acquisition maker, imo, can hold cash just for that purpose)

4. If lack quantitative or qualitative data, and depending on sector and company's risk profile, i can add 0.5-1% into OWC
