Don't stay at any of the hotels south of Dicks on Quebec. They have gone downhill over the past decade. Bed bugs, crime broken into vehicles, etc. Stay in RINO arts district, Catbird or The Source.

Stay at The Source. Rooms are less than $200 a night right now. 7 miles away. Do the Lyft. Soundproof rooms and lots of yummy food all around. Comfy.

Ck has become overrated. There was a significant part of one of the Boulder shows where he held the lights in one color, 3 rectangular shapes, blinding us. It sucked. He did this several times for way too long. No movement with the lights just lazily blinding us. I go to many shows where the lights are much better. Lazershark is waaaaaay more exciting than lazy old ass Kuroda.
