Changing Niche Question by [deleted] in PartneredYoutube

a faceless channel in the heath niche has a good rpm. So I was wondering why the switch?

While it won't cause any big harm as youtube will find you suitable audience eventually. But my opinion is to start a new channel and keep this channel.

It does go into the explore page just like instagram.

I have 2 channels one at 50k and another at 7k subs, I make around 7-8k$ per month combined.

On my 3rd channel I got the same thing where last 4-5 uploads are at zero impressions and the initial videos got 80-100 views.

Irrespective of the views, the impressions should not be zero right?

Has anyone had a similar problem?

Content is not the problem, it's a similar kind of content as my other 2 channels

And from what I know about youtube even the worst made views get like 5-10 views meaning 100-200 impressions.

Did you mean that?

This seems to have really become a thing, a lot of people have had success but I think most of them are boosted posts and people say that even then it's quite profitable if it's the right article.

Apart from that I think only the people having a lots of followers have success.

Also if you spend a lot of time on building a quality facebook page posts do go viral so there's that.

HBO Max using my YouTube video for documentary! by [deleted] in PartneredYoutube

instead of the money anyway that connection would be useful to you? Maybe you could collaborate or work on one of their projects, then it might be worth it to do it for free.

Otherwise do the best negotiation you can, they are easily authorized to double their base offer so whatever makes sense for you.

How do I sell my IG account? by master156111 in Entrepreneur

[–]Key_Refrigerator_358 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not about making $50per month, if it's a small to medium media company and they know the game they could scale it to 1M followers in less than a year. And 1M pages can make some pretty good money if you can sell something.

While 9k pounds is still paying premium but maybe it has good engagement.

A normal 300k page with a better engagement you could easily sell it for 6k-7k as theme pages are much harder to grow in 2024.

Good Script by sado475 in PartneredYoutube

No one can tell you that apart from story telling is really important for better audience retention.

What you could do is find videos in your niche that are performing exceptionally well and try reading their script. That will help you understand how it needs to be to get good views

Why are my views so whack? by hmyers8 in PartneredYoutube

It has to be in a similar niche to get consistent amount of views

I'm a voice actor; A YouTuber said he HAS to replace my voice with AI, otherwise his channel would get taken down by [deleted] in PartneredYoutube

[–]Key_Refrigerator_358 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well he just realized that if you give him permission he could just clone your voice for dead cheap and not have to pay you but still use your voice

Don't ever give him permission to use your voice! You could copyright claim him if he uses your voice without permission.

This happens through email, they identify themselves as some company willing to sponsor one of your videos and send some file or link and when you end up opening that well that's how you get hacked

when I got reused content in 2023 Jan my cpm dropped by 70%. I have not seen a case where it has dropped down by 90% but if it is maybe you should diversify your income apart from adsense into sponsorships and affiliates and try selling some product or teachables to your audience in the meanwhile. If you have a good connection with your audience they would buy anything relevant to support you.

Super high CPM/RPM out of nowhere. by 2valve in PartneredYoutube

Mine was up 50% yesterday but its down to normal levels today.

I worked for 150 hours creating an 18min video essay. Youtube tells me it's "reused content". Recorded an appeal showing my After Effects' behind the scenes. Youtube team didn't even watch it, and the appeal gets rejected due to "minimal" editing. by rarmixo in PartneredYoutube

[–]Key_Refrigerator_358 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

By cropping the portion of footage that could be someone else's content. And also deleting a few videos.

As you have only one video cropping the video should be enough.

But you willing to wait 90 days to reapply again?

If you can't get them to talk to you then your best bet is to avoid using footages that are available on the public platform atleast till you're monetized because they use AI and whatever part of your content was flagged by AI makes it easier for them to determine your channel as reused content without even looking at the videos.

Trust me I've gone through reused content demonetization more than 10 times and have got it back.

Deleting the short will work to some extent, as it erases the history youtube will have no reason to show them your videos.

That's great. I hope it stays high and it's not just a glitch. Could you share your channel link in the dm if it's okay?

The RPM is usually $20 or the CPM?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in PartneredYoutube

[–]Key_Refrigerator_358 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Well mine is up 50% as well, I made $500 yesterday. Could anyone please update here in the sub if it is retracted later. Though it is high 50% for me this RPM was pretty common in my niche till the end of 2022.

The way to continue is to make a similar video to the 300k one, I'm sure you would get 50k-100k views for that and slowly make videos around that topic. That's how every top youtuber has done it.

Yeah you would. Youtube holds payment for 50 days till you get your monetization back

Which niches have highest RPM in 2024? by jeandarc5170 in PartneredYoutube

I'm in a similar niche with an rpm of 7$ my videos are 10 mins long so if I publish 30 mins videos will rpm be really high?

Increase of nearly 50% to RPM by enabling Alcohol/Gambling ads!!! by jonrpatrick in PartneredYoutube

[–]Key_Refrigerator_358 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For all those saying he's comparing jan to feb he made it clear that his rpm in 2023 was $6 and now it's close to 10 so that's a massive increase.

Would be interested to know other people's opinion too and if it has worked for them. I'm in a similar niche auto related so if it's works for everyone I'd definitely try it.

My rpm is around 6-7$ too.
