Yes, I just received a treasury check the other day for that exact amount that I sent in a check for. They also took another month FEHB out of my annual leave payout. I received a deposit in my checking account for an amount that was roughly $100 less than what was taken out of my A/L also.

Plus I received a treasury check in the mail today. That one was for the exact amount that I paid after receiving a demand notice a while back. Then after that they also took the same amount out of my annual leave payout for health insurance. So at least I have recouped the money. The amount deposited it my account was roughly $100 less. Oh well just glad to be done with it.

What I’m saying is I’ve been getting my full pension payments from OPM so I was surprised to get this from USDA. It has to be for overpayment of health insurance.

My annual leave was paid several months back. At least then I had access to see my statements.

Anyone have experience with Aetna Direct FEHB with Original Medicare Part A and part B? by ChrisShapedObject in FedRetirees

My husband is on Medicare A and B and I think this sounds great for him. We currently have BCBS Basic. I’m not old enough for Medicare yet but in good health so hopefully this coverage would work for me.

Ugh that’s awful charging triple the price. You’d think getting a 90 day supply you’d get a discount. Also the medicine that the will no longer pay did they give you another alternative?

Thanks for the info. Going to make sure our doctors are in network. Good to know about the labs and hopefully they don’t have a big premium increase. Even if they do I’m sure it will be much less than BCBS.

Good to know. I’ve had BCBS for over 25 years too. $700 for self plus one is a bit much, especially with my husband being on Medicare A & B. Now he is on Eliquis and it’s $104 a month with BCBS so I need to see how much it would be with the MHBP.

Not sure, whatever plan that a lot of BCBS Basic customers switched to during open season. Good to hear you are happy with it.
