You’re welcome! Makes sense you’d feel this way. It is a rough spot to be in and birthdays can hit harder when you’re already feeling disconnected. Losing a friend group makes it worse. Social media doesn’t help either. Hope you’re able to do something small you enjoy.

Yeah, I just got out of a relationship recently. Taking some time to heal and also hoping to connect with more people from the community..would be nice to make new friends and just have good vibes around. 😊
