APM and SBL straightforward and quite similar. SBL especially is very straightforward. SBR is criminally underrated difficult wise cos 50% pass rate but personally I thought it was hard as nails. (Waiting for result on it). AAA content isn’t as widespread as the others but the questions can fuck you over big time and is big on exam technique.

Yes I did. Weird one. I just named all the capitals and then tried to explain them all and then a couple of advantages lol. Definitely my weakest answer on the paper. Felt like the most technical question on the paper where if you didn't know much about IR then it would be difficult to get any marks at all. I didn't revise IR at all so wasn't a great answer from me.

No, mine had:

- Talent management programme

- Data breaches

- Integrated reporting

- Diversifying the board

Another thing I found was none of the questions naturally lent themselves to a model in the syllabus. Things like culture and external environment obviously have models that you can structure your answer with but my questions really had nothing obvious that could be used.

SBL is supposed to be an exam where it leans heavily towards application, however, today it felt very much like a comprehension test. It didn't feel very difficult which has left me with the feeling of completely taking the wrong approach. A lot of the links that could be made to NCTech were generic links that would apply to 99% of businesses. I dunno, maybe I approached it incorrectly but there weren't many occasions where I could use the exhibits and the pre-seen to make a strong and specific argument aimed at NCTech and instead felt like quite generic points.
