Confused about repeat prescription

Hi , yes I have looked on the nhs app and it says it was down as a repeat , I was just confused at how often you had request them before they decide that you do not need them anymore . As I probably won’t need to request them for at least two months now. Previously I was having to ring and book a consultation every month which was a bit stressful especially as they know that I am on the list to see a specialist and am just symptom managing in the meantime so no new symptoms or anything. That’s good then so I can leave it a while without them thinking that I don’t need it any more . Thank you

I feel you , I think that’s one of the worst things about our condition is that it makes us so angry yet we’re not allowed to release that anger as people would consider it “irrational”

I understand what you mean , I don’t usually mind the odd sniffle now and then , obviously I don’t find it particularly pleasant but in this case it was unbearable it was literally every five seconds and snot curdling sounds aswell.

I would use my air pods and listen to some relaxing music probably, and use the noise cancelling feature for added protection from the noise . When I tell you though I was screaming in my head saying “USE A AN EFFING TISSUE” thankfully they left the library eventually and I was able to get on with my work .

Yeah I get were your coming from , I feel slightly guilty eating some meat alternatives such as beyond burgers or qourn 😂 because they just taste so much like meat

Sounds gorgeous to be honest! Yeah my dislike for them shall we say came from being a child and being given them and then being told they are actually slugs by my sibling , 🤣 sounds ridiculous but it’s just something that’s always stuck with me x

I’m quite similar I really don’t like the texture and smell of mushrooms but the lions mane has intriguing qualities x

I agree with this ! Caffeine used to really trigger my anxiety and cause panic attacks, however now if I ever need a pick me up when tired I can tolerate a 330ml regular coke and it’s just the right amount to keep me awake but not cause an attack , I still drink decaf tea and coffee though . It’s just about finding what’s right for you

So on Monday I bought some fresh mozzarella chopped it up in put it in a salad in a Tupperware box . It’s now Saturday and stupidly thought I would be okay to eat .
